Arrest after M62 crash causes delays for motorists

A man has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving after a crash caused delays for motorists on the M62 motorway.
Greater Manchester Police (GMP) said two cars crashed at 07:30 BST junctions 19 for Heywood, and 18 for Simister, causing three lanes of one carriageway to be blocked.
GMP said two people suffered minor injuries.
National Highways said motorists faced delays of more than 45 minutes before all lanes were re-opened.
