A 50ft (15m) canal boat has been stolen from its private mooring in Milton Keynes.

Gyrafalcon was taken some time between June and October from the Grand Union Canal outside The Red Lion pub in Fenny Stratford, Thames Valley Police said.

Det Con Jenna Wilde said: "I am appealing to anyone with mobile phone, CCTV or dash-cam footage to get in touch with the force in case it has captured something which may assist this investigation."

The Grand Union Canal is a 137-mile (220km) man-made system that links London to Birmingham and runs through Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire and Warwickshire.
