A nurse is handing out "chemo boxes" to cancer patients across Cornwall.
Amy Byfield, who specialises in oncology at Treliske Hospital, has spent the last 18 months designing boxes to help people undergoing chemo and immunotherapy.
The gifts in the box include a digital thermometer, natural skincare products, ginger teabags and mints.
She said she was inspired to create the boxes after spending a short amount of time at North Devon District Hospital.
The nurse told BBC Radio Devon: "Costs go up, the patients have to travel to the hospital and usually items like these are an added expense.
"We're hoping that patients, family members - might get some enjoyment from the box and find them beneficial."

Frankie Brett underwent treatment for breast cancer last year
Frankie Brett, who was treated at Treliske Hospital last year, said the boxes would make a "massive difference" to patients.
"Not only does the boxes show that someone is thinking about them and caring about them but also it educates them as well about what they can use," she said.
"I spent so much money trying products that didn't always work out, so having this is great."
The first set of 100 kindness boxes are due to be handed out in December.
