The family of a 16-year-old girl who died in a car crash in Devon have described her as a "great friend to many".
Devon and Cornwall Police said Hanna Green, from Kingsteignton, died after the silver Peugeot 107 she was a passenger in crashed on an unnamed road near Exeter Racecourse in Haldon at about 01:20 BST on 8 August.
The driver, an 18-year-old man, was also killed in the crash and three other people - a 16-year-old boy and girls aged 16 and 14 - were injured, the force added.
Miss Green's relatives said they were grateful for the support they have received since her death.
A family statement issued on their behalf by police said: "Hanna was a beloved daughter, sister, and a great friend to many.
"The family are grateful for the comfort and support which they have received and experienced over the past few days, and respectfully request that family and friends are allowed to grieve in private at this very difficult time."
A police spokesperson said investigations into the crash were continuing.
Anyone with information or video footage of the incident has been asked to contact the force.
