The cost to call out an ambulance in the Bailiwick is set to rise in 2024.
The St John Ambulance and Rescue Service said islanders should consider joining the Ambulance Subscription Scheme - costing £63 for adults, £29 for children, £46 for elder residents and £149 for those in Sark.
The ambulance service is provided by the States of Guernsey through a grant from the Committee for Health and Social Care, with remaining costs subsidised by the scheme and other charges.
The service said the cost of an ambulance for emergency alone without a subscription would cost £447 in Guernsey, and £2,212 for the marine ambulance to Sark.
A monthly direct debit has been set up to make the scheme more "accessible".
Mark Mapp, St John CEO, said changes recognised the "challenges of medical inflation".
He said: "This year, in a proactive effort to address health inequalities, we are pleased to introduce a monthly direct debit option for our subscription scheme.
"By enabling costs to be spread over 12 months, we aim to enhance accessibility and ensure that our essential services are within reach for everyone in the community."
Ambulance costs for Alderney residents are covered by the Alderney Property Tax.
