Cyclist taken to hospital after hit-and-run crash

A cyclist in his 60s has been treated in hospital following a reported hit-and-run collision with a grab lorry in Dorking.

Surrey Police said officers were called to the A24 London Road at 10:00 BST on Tuesday.

The cyclist received medical treatment at hospital and has since been discharged.

The force said it was investigating the incident as a hit-and-run, and enquiries were ongoing to locate the grab lorry.

It is appealing for witnesses to come forward.
