Murder suspects remain in custody after body found

Two people arrested on suspicion of murder following the discovery of a man's body in Harrogate remained in custody, police said.
The men, aged 26 and 34, were arrested after a man in his 50s was pronounced dead at a flat in Strawberry Dale at about 23:00 BST on Sunday.
A 47-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender has been released on bail, North Yorkshire Police said.
Det Ch Insp Tim Bentley said: “I understand that there is concern within the community following this incident. I do not believe there is any risk to the wider public."
He added: “Our extensive investigation is continuing, and we are making progress with a team of detectives working around the clock to establish the full circumstances surrounding this incident."
North Yorkshire Police previously said it would notify the Independent Office for Police Conduct due to previous police contact with the victim.
