An 11-year-old girl who died in an incident at a Cornish beauty spot has been named.
Lilly Angel Rodgers, from Newton Abbot, Devon, died on Saturday at about 18:00 BST at Wacker Quay near Antony, Torpoint, Cornwall Coroner's Court in Truro heard.
An inquest into her death was opened and adjourned and a full hearing will be held at a later date.
Emergency services were called to the quay following concerns for a child in the water. Police confirmed Miss Rodgers died at the scene and said there were no suspicious circumstances.
