Guernsey Police are appealing for witnesses to a road collision in St Peter Port in which a motor scooter rider suffered injuries.

The force said one of the parties involved failed to stop after the collision involving a black motor scooter and a grey car on Foulon Road, St Peter Port, opposite the junction for Clos Du Foulon.

The crash accident happened at about 18:45 BST on Tuesday 30 September and police said they would "particularly like to speak to the male driver of a blue car who stopped to help the female rider".

Police are asking for anyone who saw what happened, or had dashcam or video footage of the incident, to contact them.
