A man whose body was found a week after he was last seen climbing a fence to get into a park where an Oasis concert was happening has been described as "one of a kind" by his family.
CCTV showed Craig Foy, 40, from Bury, trying to enter Heaton Park in Manchester shortly before midnight on 26 July.
His family described him as a "beloved... son, brother, father, uncle, and friend to many".
They added he was "cheeky, funny and loveable" and would be "sorely missed by all who knew him".
Three men were arrested on suspicion of murder but then released to face no further action.
Greater Manchester Police Det Ch Insp Jill Billington said: "A thorough investigation has been ongoing since Craig was reported missing and will continue to ensure we get Craig's family the answers they deserve.
"At the moment, the cause of Craig's death and the circumstances which led to it, are still to be determined pending further tests."
