The plane bound for Faro, Portugal was delayed for two hours on Thursday evening as a result of the incident.
Police Scotland said officers were called to the airport at about 17:10 and escorted the men off the plane. The force said no crime had taken place.
The airline said the safety and wellbeing of passengers and crew is its highest priority.
An Easyjet spokesperson added: “Whilst such incidents are rare, we take them very seriously and do not tolerate abusive or threatening behaviour towards our staff."
