Man pronounced dead on hard shoulder of M25

A man has died after being found on the hard shoulder of the M25 motorway.
Hertfordshire Police said at 08:05 GMT on Thursday, officers were called to reports of concerns for the welfare of a man who had been discovered on the hard shoulder of the M25 clockwise, near junction 21a.
The road was closed for several hours before reopening at about 12:45.
The man, in his 30s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said the death was not being treated as suspicious, and the man's next of kin had been informed.
