Man killed in crash and two in hospital

A man has died after a crash which involved two cars.

First aid crews gave life support to the man in Redhill, Telford, in Shropshire, but he was declared dead at the scene.

Two more people were treated for serious injuries at the crash scene, in Watling Street, shortly after 19.00 BST on Tuesday.

Two ambulances, two paramedic officers, the Air Ambulance Critical Care Car from Cosford and the Midlands Air Ambulance from Tatenhill attended.

Two more men, one from each of the cars involved, were taken to hospital for further treatment.
