Twelfth arrest after two men shot in street

Twelve men have been arrested over a double shooting in Leicester, which happened eight months ago.
Police said two men were shot as they walked along Evington Road, close to the junction with Chepstow Road, at about 23:20 GMT on 22 November.
Both men were taken to hospital and later discharged.
Two men, aged 23 and 26, were arrested on Thursday and Friday respectively on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder.
The pair were released on bail pending ongoing investigations, said officers.
Four other men have previously been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder over the shooting.
A further six men were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder.
They have all been released on bail while inquiries continue.
Det Insp Hazel Sandall said: “It is now eight months since this incident happened but detailed inquiries continue to be carried out and our investigation very much remains ongoing.
"This has led to a total of 12 arrests being made.
“We do continue to appeal for help from the public as part of our inquiries.
"Please know that it is not too late to come forward to us with any information you may have or anything you may have heard since the incident.”
