Police make tenth arrest after double shooting in Leicester

A tenth man has been arrested after a double shooting in Leicester.
Leicestershire Police said two men were shot at as they walked along Evington Road - near the junction with Chepstow Road - at about 23:20 GMT on 22 November.
Both men were taken to hospital for treatment and have since been discharged.
The force said a 23-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder on Tuesday.
He has since been released on police bail.
Four other men have previously been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder in connection with the shooting.
Another five have been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder.
All nine have been released on bail while inquiries continue, police said.
