Second man charged with murder over cyclist death

A second man has been charged with murder after the death of a cyclist in Reading.
Soiheem Hussain, aged 27, of Rossby, Shinfield, was charged with one count of murder.
It is in relation to the death of Vignesh Raman, 35, who was found fatally injured in Addington Road on 14 February after his bike was involved in a crash with a vehicle.
Shazeb Khalid, 24, of no fixed abode, has also been charged with murder.
Mr Hussain is due to appear at Reading Magistrates Court later.
A 20-year-old woman from Reading was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender on 21 February, and has been released on bail.
