Fatboy Slim and Wolf Alice to headline Tramlines

Fatboy Slim, Courteeners and Wolf Alice have been announced as he headline acts announced for the 2026 Tramlines festival.

The event, whcih has been running since 2009, will take place at Hillsborough Park from 24 to 26 July.

Others acts on the line-up include legendary pop stars Gabrielle and Rick Astley, indie favourites Kaiser Chiefs, Blossoms and The Vaccines, as well as Grammy Award winners Wet Leg and Sheffield's own Reverend and the Makers

There will also be a Tramlines debut for A Thousand Miles singer Vanessa Carlton and a daytime disco set from the popular Day Fever team founded by actress Vicky McClure.

More than 20,000 fans have signed up for early access to pre-sale tickets, marking the fastest sales in the festival's history, according to organisers.

In the run-up to Monday's announcement, Tramlines rolled out a teaser campaign titled Spill the Beans, which saw hundreds of people receive specially branded tins of beans in the post.

Each tin featured the name of one of the 2026 artists ahead of the official line-up being revealed.

Fans were also invited to donate to the S6 Foodbank in Hillsborough, where anyone who made a contribution received one of the limited-edition cans in return.

Timm Cleasby, Tramlines operations director, said he was "chuffed we've been able to highlight the brilliant S6 Foodbank in our launch campaign, they do vital work in the community and we will continue to support them".

"We can't wait to welcome everyone back to Hillsborough Park for another huge weekend of music, comedy and fun," he added.

Courteeners return to Tramlines in 2026 after previously headlining in 2023

Last year's festival saw a triumphant return by Sheffield Britpop favourites Pulp as well as sets by The Reytons and Kasabian.

Tickets for Tramlines 2026 will go on pre-sale at 18:00 GMT on Thursday for those who have signed up via the website.

Any remaining tickets will go on general sale at 18:00 on Friday.
