Footage shows gunman target man in Huyton street

Detectives are hunting a gunman who jumped out of a Mercedes car and shot a man in the street in a "targeted" attack caught on house camera footage.
The 19-year-old victim was taken to hospital in a critical condition after being struck in the back and leg at 20:50 GMT on Friday, on Manley Road in Huyton, Merseyside.
His condition has since improved and was described as "serious but stable" by police.
Footage widely circulated on social media showed the victim running for his life after a man emerged from the car and fired three shots from a handgun.
On the recording, captured by either a doorbell or home CCTV camera, the victim is seen walking along Manley Road looking at his phone.
The Mercedes could be seen to brake a few yards ahead of him before the suspect jumps out of the rear passenger side door pointing the weapon with both hands.

Three loud bangs can be heard in the footage as the victim turned and ran out of frame, before the attacker ran back to the car which sped away.
Merseyside Police said no arrests have yet been made.
Det Insp Chris Clark from the force's Firearms Investigation Team, said: "We are aware of footage in circulation showing this appalling incident, and this footage of course forms part of our investigation.
"It appears to have been a targeted attack, and we are keeping an open mind as to the reason behind it."
Det Insp Clark said it is hoped the victim will make a "full recovery".
"Although the use of firearms on Merseyside has declined significantly in recent years, any shooting is unacceptable and we have a dedicated team of officers and staff to ensure that anyone who brings firearms into our communities is subject to investigation," he said.
