Man denies causing biker's death in fatal crash

A motorist has appeared in court to deny causing the death of an 18-year-old biker in a collision in Somerset.
Alfie Gray was travelling home from work on his motorbike when he was in collision with a car on the A370 near Hewish, Weston-super-Mare, on 10 September 2024.
Kasper Stankiewicz, 19, appeared at Bristol Crown Court earlier charged with causing death by dangerous driving but pleaded not guilty.
Mr Stankiewicz, from Congresbury, Somerset, is due to next appear in court for a pre-trial review on 27 March, ahead of a trial set to begin on 11 May.
