Residents have been urged to keep their windows and doors shut after a large fire broke out.

Firefighters are currently tackling a blaze on Swan Lane in Winterbourne.

Avon Fire and Rescue Service has urged people to avoid the area.

In a statement posted on X, the fire service said: "We are currently in attendance at a large fire in the Winterbourne area. We are asking people to avoid the Swan Lane, and for local residents to ensure their windows and doors are shut whilst we deal with this incident."
