Man charged after dogs found roaming in pack

A number of dogs were found roaming in a pack near Moffat this summer

A man has been arrested and charged after reports of dogs being set loose near Moffat this summer.

Police were called out in early July to reports of a pack roaming in the area.

A 39-year-old man from Boston in Lincolnshire has now been arrested and charged following the incident.

A short statement from police added that a report would be sent to the procurator fiscal.
