Man charged after two injured outside college

A man has been charged with racially aggravated offences after two members of the public were injured with a weapon near Bradford College.
Police were called to Great Horton Road at about 09:20 BST on Thursday, following reports of a man carrying what appeared to be a knife.
David Noutch, 31, of no fixed abode, has been charged with racially aggravated assault, threatening with a bladed article in a public place, a public order offence and assault by beating.
Police said he was also charged with two counts of assaulting a constable and causing criminal damage. He is due to appear at Leeds Magistrates' Court later.
West Yorkshire Police previously said the two members of the public were taken to hospital with non life-threatening injuries and a small gardening tool had been seized at the scene.
