My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding is 'challenging prejudice'

Executive producer of hit television series My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding, Jes Wilkins, has told BBC Breakfast he believes the show is challenging many people's prejudice against the gypsy community.

Mr Wilkins was joined by Billy Welch, a Romany gypsy soon to be featured on the show, who described the prejudice he regularly encounters.

My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding, which documents the weddings of Irish travellers and Romany gypsies in the UK, is on at 2100 GMT on Tuesdays on Channel 4.
