European policy makers 'too complacent' over economic recovery

Europe's debt crisis is high on the agenda for the IMF and World Bank as they hold their Spring meetings which are getting under way in Washington.

The BBC's Michelle Fleury is there and spoke to IMF chief Dominique Strauss Kahn.

He is cautiously optimistic about a global economic recovery but says some policy makers are far too complacent.
