Watchmaker George Daniels auction may raise 'millions'
A private collection of watches and clocks belonging to watchmaker Dr George Daniels is expected to sell for more than £5m at auction.
The items were hand crafted from scratch by the watchmaker in his warehouse on the Isle of Man.
Watchmaker Roger Smith, who moved to the island to work with Dr Daniels, said: "It is a once-in-a-lifetime collection."
Daniels, who died in 2011, made what many describe as works of art and timeless masterpieces.
