Jonathan Ross: 'Robin Williams was an explosive force'

Jonathan Ross has described Robin Williams as "an explosive force in the studio".

The comedy actor has died at the age of 63 in an apparent suicide. Marin County Police in California said he was pronounced dead at his home shortly after officials responded to an emergency call around noon local time.

Speaking to 5 live Breakfast, Ross remembered interviewing Williams saying "it was like someone had pulled a pin out of a grenade and thrown it in the studio."
