The recent warming of relations between the US and Cuba has created a new atmosphere in the island-nation's capital: put simply, Havana is hot right now.

Whether it's a visit by the Kardashians, a free concert by the Rolling Stones, or a private fashion show by Chanel, the city has become the stage for many seeking the spotlight.

But some local artists feel they're being excluded.
