Morning ban on sale of alcohol proposed in Shetland

Public Health Officers in Shetland have proposed a reduction in licensing hours to tackle the issue of overconsumption of alcohol.

The Scottish government has no plans to change the law.

BBC Scotland's John Johnston has been to investigate whether banning the sale of alcohol until the late afternoon would help cut problem drinking.
