President Trump jokes with May during press conference

US President Donald Trump joked about the state of the special relationship after the BBC's political editor Laura Kuenssberg asked him about a series of controversial policies he's outlined since taking office.

Mr Trump turned to British Prime Minister and quipped "This is your choice of a question?" before answering in full. Mrs May also described how talks went.
