Osborne: Economy not Brexit priority

Former Chancellor George Osborne says the government is prioritising immigration policy over the economy in its plan for Brexit.

The Conservative MP told the Commons ministers were hoping "for the best possible arrangement".

Like all "divorces", negotiations with the EU will be a "trade-off" between "access and money".
