Boris Johnson on Brexit 'divorce bill'

Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson says the UK will honour its financial obligations to the EU if they are "serious and validated in law".

Amid growing tensions over the so-called divorce bill arising from Brexit, he suggests the two sides have yet to begin the process of thrashing the numbers out and that some of the sums being bandied about in the media are "very extravagant".
