Apple boss admits iPhone4 "not perfect"
The chief executive of Apple, Steve Jobs, has admitted the the iPhone 4 is "not perfect".
He made an emergency statement in California about problems that have been reported with the smartphone.
He has offered customers a free case to improve its reception - or their money back.
