Dreamliner's international debut

Boeing's new 787 Dreamliner has touched down in Britain on its first trip outside the United States.

The plane, which has suffered from a series of production problems, made its first international appearance when it landed at Farnborough Air Show in Hampshire.

Powered by Rolls Royce engines and with many of its parts made in the UK, the Dreamliner is said to be lighter and more fuel-efficient than its rivals.

Richard Scott spoke to Boeing's chief project engineer Mike Sinnett.
