Pensions 'worry' for small businesses

Under new rules announced by the government every company no matter how small will have to provide a pension scheme to its staff.

The government says it will mean millions of people will start saving into a pension scheme for the first time.

But some businesses are worried about the impact it will have on small firms already stretched and who might be reluctant to take on more staff.

Stephen Alambritis from the Federation of Small Businesses spoke to the BBC's Simon Jack about the concerns.
