Consumer Focus says customers 'dismayed' at British Gas price rises

British Gas has announced that customers will face gas and electricity bill increases of 7% this winter.

Adam Scorer from Consumer Focus has described the increase as 'worrying', and spoke of his concern for the amount of households affected by fuel poverty, which he says is continuing to rise.

Consumers will find the price rise 'horrific' he told BBC News.
