Ireland bail-out talks to happen in Dublin

The Irish government has admitted for the first time that emergency financial help might be needed to ease the country's financial crisis.

Teams from the International Monetary Fund, the European Central Bank, and the European Commission are travelling to Dublin to consider a bail-out.
