Wikipedia wants more women to edit its website
The Wikimedia Foundation, the non-profit making company that runs Wikipedia says the organisation is seeking more women editors for its internet encyclopaedia.
The website contains more than 16 million collaboratively-created articles in 270 languages and is used by more than 400 million people every month.
In an interview with Lesley Curwen from Business Daily on BBC World Service, Sue Gardner, executive director of Wikimedia explained how the organisation worked.
