Reaction from a haulier as fuel prices soar

Fuel and petrol prices are now at record highs following the increase in VAT to 20%.

Prices have risen more than 2p a litre, taking petrol pump prices to an average of 127p a litre and diesel prices to an average of 131p a litre.

At the same time last year, petrol cost 110p a litre while diesel was 111p.

The BBC's Lorna Gordon talked to haulier Chris Flynn about the impact of the high prices and what it means for his company, CFT Services.
