Working women 'given a lot of guilt'

Ines Kolmsee is the CEO of the German company SKW Stahl-Metallurgie.

As chief executive of a big company she is very rare in the top echelons of business.

The Institute for Economic Research, says that no more than 2.2% of senior management jobs in the biggest German companies are taken by women.

Mrs Kolmsee spoke to the BBC about the pressures placed on female business women.
