Tepco boss resigns amid huge losses

The president of Tepco, which operates Japan's crippled Fukushima nuclear power plant, has resigned as the firm reported an annual loss of more than $15bn -- one of the biggest ever by a Japanese company.

The losses are linked to the earthquake and tsunami that hit Japan in March and severely damaged the nuclear power plant.
