World Bank chief Zoellick warns European leaders

The time for "muddling through" is over according to the head of the World Bank.

World Bank President Robert Zoellick warned European governments that "decision time is coming".

He told the BBC's Sharanjit Leyl that European Union economies would have to choose between a fiscal union or a fundamental change in the eurozone's structure.
