Some shareholders in News Corp want Murdoch to stand down

Ahead of News Corporation's annual shareholder meeting on Friday, there have been growing calls from shareholders for Rupert Murdoch, Newscorp's chairman and chief executive, to stand down.

Hermes Equity Ownership Services is one of those groups and holds 0.5% of its shares.

Its Director Jennifer Walmsley told Radio 5 live Wake Up To Money that Newscorp was lacking a code of ethics.
