H&M/Versace range draws queues to London store
Retailers would do almost anything to get long queues to form outside their stores in these recessionary times.
Yesterday the Swedish fashion giant H&M managed to do just that. What brought a 400-strong line of customers to the flagship Regent Street store in London today was the launch of a clothing collection for H&M by the fashion house Versace.
Designer Donatella Versace co-owns the brand and visited the store for the launch. She spoke to the BBC's Nigel Cassidy about the thinking behind the launch - and her views on the new Italian government.
