Pressure mounts for mobile data cost clarity

Mobile phone operators are being told to do more to prevent customers facing steep bills for data usage on smartphones.

The Communications Ombudsman says the problem has intensified with the ease of downloading music and videos on smartphones.

Many people are being charged hundreds of pounds more than they expected. The BBC's Dan Whitworth reports.
