China's factories cutting back on production

For the first time in nearly three years, China's factories are cutting back on production.

It is yet another sign of the spread of the debt crises in Europe and the United States to the rest of the world.

Up until now, China, the world's second biggest economy, has been the last major source of growth in the world economy.
