How to rebuild Misrata after Libyan conflict

Misrata is the third-largest city in Libya and the country's commercial hub.

However, it was also one of the worst-hit cities in the conflict in 2011. Its infrastructure was badly-damaged, the city's port was mined and many of the shops and businesses on Misrata's main commercial street were destroyed.

As the city faces up to the task of rebuilding, how optimistic is the business community that Misrata can pick itself back up?
