Credit and debit card fraud losses have fallen
The amount of money lost to credit and debit card fraud has fallen to £340m, its lowest level in 11 years.
One of the biggest factors was a 41% fall in fraudsters impersonating people to obtain or use credit cards.
Research by Financial Fraud Action UK shows online banking fraud losses were also significantly down last year.
