Cost of PPI claims highlighted

Millions of people were mis-sold Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) by banks.

For some people who want their money back the answer is to use claims management companies.

However, many do not know they are being charged a fee for the service, and in some cases people would do just as well making the claims themselves.

A summit involving consumer groups, major banks and credit card providers is being held to discuss the problem.
