Customers react to NatWest problems

NatWest customers are continuing to face problems accessing their money for a third consecutive day today.

The bank opened around 1,000 branches early this morning in order to help worried account holders, and said it was working hard to resolve the technical glitch.

However many customers are angry, and say they are being badly affected.
