'We couldn't pay suppliers', says RBS customer
Branches of NatWest, RBS and Ulster Bank are extending opening for a fifth day to help people affected by a computer glitch.
Hundreds of thousands of customers have been unable to access their accounts since the fault occurred last Tuesday.
The RBS Group says the problem has been fixed and it says most services are now "largely back to normal".
Among those frustrated RBS customers is Dean Seddon, who is a director at the marketing and promotion firm Connect House Media, in Bolton.
He told the BBC he was unable to pay his suppliers.
